(a) Prompt implementation required The Secretary shall implement the strategy required by section 1 as promptly as practicable upon its development. (b) Report The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a notification upon completion of the development of the strategy required by section 1 that includes— (1) an anticipated timeline for the prompt implementation of the strategy as required by subsection (a); and (2) the intended next steps for relocating the headquarters of the United Nations.
