Section 207(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1157(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (2)— (A) by inserting or permanent partner after spouse each place it appears; (B) by inserting or permanent partner’s after spouse’s; and (C) in subparagraph (A)— (i) by striking or after (D),; and (ii) by inserting, or (H) after (E); and (2) in paragraph (4), by inserting or permanent partner after spouse.
