Section 208(b)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1158(b)(3)) is amended— (1) in the paragraph heading, by inserting or permanent partner after spouse; and (2) in subparagraph (A)— (A) by inserting or permanent partner after spouse; (B) by striking or after (D),; and (C) by inserting, or (H) after (E).
