Section 240 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1229a) is amended— (1) in the heading of subsection (c)(7)(C)(iv), by inserting permanent partners, after spouses,; and (2) in subsection (e)(1), by inserting or permanent partner after spouse.
