Section 240A(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1229b(b)) is amended— (1) in the heading for paragraph (2), by inserting, permanent partner, after spouse; and (2) in paragraph (2)(A), by inserting, permanent partner, after spouse each place it appears.
