Imposition of caatsa sanctions

Not later than 15 days after making a covered determination, and every 90 days thereafter, the President shall impose all sanctions described in section 235 of the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (22 U.S.C. 9529) that are not already applicable with respect to— (1) the Russian Federation; and (2) any person described in section 5 or 6.
