Section 183(e)(1)(B) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7511b(e)(1)(B)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by striking The term and inserting the following: (i) In general The term; and (2) by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: (ii) Exclusions The term consumer or commercial product does not include the following: (I) A portable fuel container.
