Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, in a single transaction— (1) Musselshell Resources LLC shall convey to the United States all right, title, and interest in and to the surface interests in the Musselshell Resources Tracts; and (2) subject to valid existing rights, the Secretary shall convey to Musselshell Resources LLC all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the surface interests in the Bull Mountains Surface Tracts.
