Guidance regarding State projects to reduce trespassing fatalities

Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation, acting through the Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration, shall issue guidance describing the types of projects under section 130(e)(1)(B) of title 23, United States Code, for which a State may use funds set aside under section 130(e)(1)(A) of such title.
