Increased funding for the railroad crossing elimination grant program

Section 22104(a) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is amended to read as follows: (a) In general (1) Authorization of appropriations There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for grants under section 22909 of title 49, United States Code, $1,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029.
