In this title: (1) In general Except as otherwise provided, terms used in this title have the definitions given such terms in section 20155 of title 49, United States Code, as amended by section 102(a). (2) Class I railroad The term Class I railroad has the meaning given such term in section 20102(1) of title 49, United States Code. (3) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.
