(a) In general Section 2718(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg–18(b)(1)(A)(ii)) is amended by striking 80 each place it appears and inserting 85. (b) Effective date The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2026.
