There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act $61,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Administration of these funds shall be executed by the Department’s Management Directorate or Federal Emergency Management Agency, as directed by the Secretary, in coordination with the Secret Service as appropriate.
