(a) Enforcement The provisions of this Act shall be enforced in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.). (b) Penalties Any alien who attempts to enter the United States in violation of this Act shall be subject to removal proceedings and barred from reentry for a period of 10 years.
