Section 134(c)(1) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3174(c)(1)) is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (A), the following: (B) Minimum amount for skills development Not less than 50 percent of the funds described in subparagraph (A) shall be used by the local area for the payment of training services— (i) provided to adults and dislocated workers under paragraph (3)(F)(iii); and (ii) provided to adults and dislocated workers under paragraph (3)(G)(ii),.
