Land and Water Conservation Fund acquisition restriction

(a) In general Section 200305 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: (l) Acquisition restriction A State that receives financial assistance from the Secretary under this section may not use such financial assistance for the acquisition of land, water, or an interest in land or water from a private landowner..
