(a) Study The Administrator of the General Services Administration shall conduct a study on the outcomes of the program under section 2. (b) Report Not later than 12 months after the termination of the pilot program under section 2(g), the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report on the program containing the results of the study under subsection (a).
