National Integrated Heat Health Information System

(a) Interagency committee The Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration shall maintain an interagency committee to be known as the National Integrated Heat Health Information System (in this section referred to as NIHHIS). (b) Membership The membership of NIHHIS shall include the following: (1) The Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (or a representative thereof). (2) The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (or a representative thereof). (3) The Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (or a representative thereof). (4) The Director of the National Weather Service (or a representative thereof). (5) Such other Federal officials as the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration determines appropriate.
