(a) Section 10609(a)(1) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111–11)— (1) is amended by striking $1,815,000,000 and inserting $1,970,000,000; and (2) shall be applied by substituting 2027 for 2024.
