Section 24112 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (23 U.S.C. 402 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(2)(B) by striking 40 percent and inserting 20 percent; and (2) in subsection (f)(1) by striking 2026 and inserting 2031.
