Section 206(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking a motorized wheelchair. and inserting the following: (A) a motorized wheelchair; or (B) an electric bicycle (as defined in section 217(j)) when the use of such a bicycle is permitted by applicable laws or regulations.; and (2) in paragraph (2)(E) by inserting (including the use of an electric bicycle) after bicycling.
