Grants for projects in comprehensive safety action plans

Section 24112(f) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (23 U.S.C. 402 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: (4) Set aside for projects in comprehensive safety action plans Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in each fiscal year, each State shall use not less than 5 percent of funds apportioned under section 104(b)(1) of title 23, United States Code, to carry out projects described in subsection (a)(3)(C)..
