Section 208(g)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking Each State shall and inserting (A) In general.— Each State shall; and (2) by adding at the end the following: (B) Federal Share Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, if a State employs a coordinator described under this paragraph, the Federal share for a project or activity eligible under this section shall be 95 percent..
