(a) Improving grant participation Section 4704(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (34 U.S.C. 30503(b)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (5); and (2) by redesignating paragraphs (6) and (7) as paragraphs (5) and (6), respectively.
