Section 484(a)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2291c(a)(2)) is amended by inserting after subparagraph (B) the following new subparagraph: (C) Subparagraph (A) shall not apply with respect to unmanned aircraft weighing less than 55 pounds..
