Public housing agencies may not renew rental assistance contracts under the moderate rehabilitation program under section 8(e)(2) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437f(e)(2)) or the moderate rehabilitation single room occupancy program under section 441 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11401) after September 30, 2030.
