Section 316.401(d)(1)(ii) of title 5, Code of Federal Regulations (as published by the Office of Personnel Management in the Federal Register on September 13, 1994 (59 Fed. Reg. 46898) and effective as of November 14, 1994), shall be applied by the National Park Service— (1) by substituting “9 months (1,560 hours)” for “6 months (1,040 hours)”; and (2) by substituting “9 months or more” for “6 months or more”.
