Section 211 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2021 (division F of Public Law 116–260), prohibiting the use of funds for the construction of fencing in certain areas, shall apply with respect to funds made available in this Act and in Public Law 119–21 in the same manner as such section applied to funds made available in that Act.
