(a) Of the total amount provided under the heading “Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency—Operations and Support”, $99,750,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated under the heading “Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency—Cybersecurity Response and Recovery Fund” in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58). (b) Amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this section shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Public Law 118–5.
