(a) Extension of feasibility deadline Section 4007(i) of the WIIN Act (130 Stat. 1877) is amended by striking January 1, 2021 and inserting January 1, 2041. (b) Continued applicability Notwithstanding section 4013 of the WIIN Act (130 Stat. 1883), section 4007 of such Act, as amended by subsection (a), shall remain in effect.
