Section 1337(a) of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4567) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking 4.2 basis points and inserting 10 basis points; and (2) in paragraph (2)(A), by striking 4.2 basis points and inserting 10 basis points.
