Section 1339 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4569) is amended by adding at the end the following: (k) Appropriation In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated to the Capital Magnet Fund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2036..
