Older Adult Home Modification Grant Program authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development $100,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2027 through 2031 for the grant program established under the third proviso of paragraph (2) under the heading Lead Hazard Reduction under the heading Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes in title II of division D of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–75) (commonly known as the Older Adult Home Modification Grant Program).
