(a) In general Section 6704(a) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking section 6(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. 206(a)(1) and inserting section 2(a) (or section 2(c), in the case of a tipped employee) of The Living Wages for Federal Contractors Act. (b) Effective date The amendment made by this section shall apply with respect to contracts entered into on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
