Waiver of administrative requirements

(a) Case under chapter 7 Section 707(b) of title 11, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: (8) Paragraph (2) does not apply in any case in which the debtor is a medically distressed debtor.. (b) Case under chapter 13 Section 1325(b)(1) of title 11, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking or at the end; (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting; or; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (C) the debtor is a medically distressed debtor..
