(a) Application of provisions Amounts appropriated pursuant to this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall be subject to the requirements contained in Public Law 118–47 for funds provided under division D of such Public Law. (b) Rule of construction Nothing in this Act shall supersede section 416 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 856).
