(a) In general Section 502(b)(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1132(b)(3)) is repealed. (b) Effective date The amendment made by this section shall apply beginning on the date that is 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
