Section 203(i) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5133(i)) is amended by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following: (1) In general The President shall set aside an amount equal to 10 percent of the aggregate amount of appropriations to the Disaster Relief Fund from the previous fiscal year in order to provide technical and financial assistance under this section..
