Section 21(h)(2) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 648(h)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (C) Marketing The Associate Administrator for Small Business Development Centers shall market and advertise the Small Business Development Center Program and participants in such Program as a resource available to any Federal program providing assistance to small business concerns..
