(a) Part A Section 1818(a)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395i–2(a)(3)(B)) is amended by striking an alien and all that follows through under this section and inserting an individual who is lawfully present in the United States. (b) Part B Section 1836(a)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395o(a)(2)(B)) is amended by striking an alien and all that follows through under this part and inserting an individual who is lawfully present in the United States.
