Section 3(36)(A) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3102(36)(A)) is amended— (1) by striking clause (iv); and (2) by redesignating clauses (v) and (vi) as clauses (iv) and (v), respectively.
