Section 4(8) of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 (42 U.S.C. 1862n note; Public Law 107–368) is amended— (1) by striking subparagraph (A); and (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively.
