Section 12(m)(4) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1760(m)(4)) is amended— (1) by striking $1,000,000 and inserting $5,000,000; and (2) by striking 2010 through 2015 and inserting 2026 through 2031.
