In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, in violation of his constitutional duty to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, issued a flagrantly unconstitutional Executive order on January 20, 2025, entitled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship, contrary to section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution and the United States Supreme Court decision in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) stripping a certain category of children born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof of their birthright citizenships.
