That the House of Representatives— (1) supports the designation of Necrotizing Fasciitis Awareness Month; (2) encourages Federal, State, and local agencies, health care providers, and community organizations to promote awareness of necrotizing fasciitis; (3) urges increased public education on the early signs and symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis to improve timely diagnosis and treatment; and (4) expresses support for patients, survivors, families, and caregivers affected by necrotizing fasciitis.
