That the House of Representatives— (1) condemns this senseless act of violence and offers its condolences to those killed and injured and their families and loved ones; (2) honors the memory of Ella Cook and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov; (3) commends the first responders who responded to the tragedy; (4) expresses its solidarity with the Brown University community, the City of Providence, and the State of Rhode Island; and (5) recognizes that the scourge of gun violence will not end without Congressional action.
