In this Act: (1) Foundation The term Foundation means the Pines Foundation, a tax-exempt organization affiliated with the Fire Island Pines Property Owners’ Association. (2) Memorial The term Memorial means the Fire Island AIDS Memorial authorized to be established under section 4(a). (3) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.
