Grants and contracts for eligible providers

Section 231 of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (29 U.S.C. 3321) is amended— (1) in subsection (d), by striking subparagraphs (A) and (B) of section 203(4) and inserting subparagraphs (A) and (B) of section 203(8); and (2) in subsection (e)(2), by striking learning disabilities and inserting learning differences.
