In this Act: (1) Appropriate congressional committees The term appropriate congressional committees means— (A) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; and (B) the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives. (2) Department The term Department means the Department of Commerce. (3) Executive Director The term Executive Director means the Executive Director of the Investment Accelerator appointed under section 3(c). (4) Investment Accelerator The term Investment Accelerator means the United States Investment Accelerator established under section 3(a). (5) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of Commerce.
