Section 10325(b) of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (42 U.S.C. 19014(b)) is amended— (1) in the subsection heading, by striking Diversity and; (2) by striking paragraphs (5) and (7); and (3) by redesignating paragraphs (6) and (8) as paragraphs (5) and (6), respectively.
